I have been using this product myself for the last 6 weeks and my goodness what a difference.  My lashes are at least twice as long (middle-aged women's lashes tend to get shorter!) and are thicker as well.  I am so happy :)

The nice thing about this product is that it is natural as well... no irritation to eye or skin (no sodium, parabens, or propylene glycol) Naturally tints lashes can be used with lash extensions, stimulates stronger, healthier lashes

• Does this product contain any chemicals?

No it is a natural formulation that stimulates & enhances hair growth

• Will it cause my eyes to water?

No irritation to either eyes or skin

• Does it add colour?

Yes a natural botanical gradually & subtly tints Lashes / Brows

• Will this work like Mascara and curl my lashes?

No Bamboo will not add curl to the lashes - eyelash curlers can be used no problem

Does your company test on animals?

No way…we state clearly on the unit carton "No Animal Testing"

• Is it only for Upper Lashes?

No you can use Bamboo safely on both Upper & Lower Lashes

• Why does it have a double applicator?

Double Applicator for increased coverage & better penetration

It doesn’t look like it is working?

The only reason Bamboo will not work is if it is not being used correctly;
Use at Least ONCE a day (preferably twice) for 4-6 weeks
Use on Clean Dry skin and allow 2-3 minutes to day before applying anything else
Once results have been achieved you may use Bamboo once a day or every other day to maintain.

• How long do I have to wait for my lashes to lashes/brows to grow?

Used correctly in just 4-6 weeks your results will be truly amazing!

• Why can’t I just use the same product for both my lashes and Brows?

Brow hair is coarser than eye lash hair – the Bamboo brow formula has additional ingredients that CAN NOT be used around the eye area.

• If I have white hair on my brow, will it tint my hair?

Yes white hair will gradually tint darker just like all other shades!

• What is the PH level of the products?

The PH Level of the products is 6.5 to 7

• You are marketing this product as all natural, yet it contains castor oil.

Vegetable oil derived from the castor bean. It is used in cosmetics as an emollient, though its unique property is that when dry it forms a solid film that can have water-binding properties. It is rarely associated with skin irritation or allergic reactions. The short version is we use this as an carrier for one of our active ingredient.

• Can I use products on my eyes whilst using Bamboo products?

Bamboo does not take the place of skin care or cosmetics - allow 2-3 minutes for Bamboo to absorb into the skin then follow up with skin care & cosmetics as usual.

While my lashes are growing can I still use false lashes?

Bamboo Lash can be used in conjunction with Lash Tints, Lash Extensions, False Eyelashes - in 4-6 weeks their own lashes will not need any additional enhancements.
